Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described β€” reported within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

When we accept a return

A return is accepted only when an item reaches you damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please check your order as soon as it arrives so any issue can be reported in time.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered.
  • The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • You can share clear photos or a short video showing the damage and the original packaging.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

No cancellations & no change-of-mind returns

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, and we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item. Returns exist to protect you against damaged or defective goods β€” nothing more. Please choose carefully and check product details before ordering.

How to report damage

    Message us on WhatsApp or by email within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

    Send clear photos or a short video of the damage and the packaging it arrived in.

    Our team reviews the claim and confirms whether it qualifies.

  4. 4

    If approved, we arrange a replacement, repair or refund β€” whichever is appropriate.

Resolution & refund timing

If your damage claim is approved, we'll offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on the item and stock. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; depending on your bank it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

What we can't accept

  • Change of mind, wrong choice, or β€œno longer needed” β€” these are not accepted.
  • Items that have been used or ridden, unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water or normal wear and tear.
  • Batteries and consumables (chargers, tyres, brake pads, helmet liners).
  • Any claim reported more than 14 days after delivery.
