Manufacturer-backed
Manufacturer Warranty
Every RideGulf product carries the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The exact period and terms are set by each product's manufacturer. Please note batteries are usually not covered.
Duration & coverage
We pass through the manufacturer's warranty that comes with each product. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects only, for the period and under the terms specified by that manufacturer, and to the original purchaser. It is valid across the GCC markets we serve, with support coordinated from our base in Dubai. If you're unsure of the warranty period for a specific product, message us before ordering and we'll confirm.
Batteries are usually not covered
Batteries are treated as a consumable — their capacity naturally declines with charging cycles, use and time, so they are generally excluded from warranty. A rare genuine manufacturing fault present from day one may be considered, but normal capacity loss, over-discharge, or damage from incorrect charging is not covered.
What's covered
Electric motor
Manufacturing defects in the motor under normal, intended use — as covered by the manufacturer's warranty for that product.
Controller & electronics
The controller, wiring harness, throttle and display against manufacturing faults under normal riding conditions.
Frame & structural defects
Genuine manufacturing faults in the frame or structural components — subject to the manufacturer's terms.
What's not covered
- Batteries — generally NOT covered. Batteries are a consumable that naturally loses capacity with use, charging and time.
- Normal wear and tear — tyres, brake pads, grips, cosmetic scuffs and scratches.
- Accidental damage, crashes, water submersion, overloading or any misuse.
- Unauthorised modifications, repairs or non-genuine parts.
- Consumables such as fuses, bulbs, chargers and punctured inner tubes.
How to make a claim
- 1
Get in touch on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and a short description of the fault.
- 2
Send a few photos or a short video showing the issue — this helps us and the manufacturer diagnose it faster.
- 3
We assess the claim against the manufacturer's warranty terms and confirm whether it qualifies.
- 4
If approved, we arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement unit as the manufacturer allows.
